Memorial Giving

Memorial gifts are a meaningful way to honor the memory of a loved one. These gifts have a lasting impact on our community and allow Vanderbilt Health to continue providing the best in personalized care. 

Donors can choose the program that their tribute gift will benefit and we will notify the person or family as specified by the donor. Gift amounts are confidential. 

How to make a tribute gift

  • Send a check made payable to Vanderbilt University Medical Center to:

    Please include a note with the individual's name and the area of gift designation. 

  • Call 800-288-0028 to make a gift using a credit card.

Create a dedicated fundraising page to honor a loved one and tell their story. This easily customizable page can be shared with friends and family to encourage memorial giving, which helps raise awareness and support innovative research and care at Vanderbilt Health.

Checks should be made payable to Vanderbilt University Medical Center. Please include a note with the check or indicate on the memo line that the gift is made in memory of <Name>.
